Sporting Achievements 2017/18
We have again worked very hard to ensure that the children have the opportunity to represent our school in a wide range of sporting events as well as have the opportunity to try different sports for the first time. We achieved considerable success in years gone by and it continued in 2017-2018.
We entered teams in both the outdoor and the indoor leagues. We competed very well and the children enjoyed representing the school. The boy’s 5-a-side team also competed very well in the City competition.
Netball / High Five Team
We entered teams in both the league and WASP organised tournaments. The netball team enjoyed great success at Wolverhampton City level and represented Wolverhampton at the Black Country Games winning a silver medal.
We entered a team in the boy’s tournament. Both teams competed very successfully and qualified for the City Finals narrowly missing out on a top three finish.
